Swimming Pool Rules

  1. The pool is open from 09.00 to 21.00 (Except when being cleaned)
  2. It is not allowed to play ball games in the pool and surrounding areas
  3. All children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their safety. It is not allowed to leave any child WHO CANNOT SWIM in the swimming pool area.
  4. The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the swimming pool area:
    • SWIMMING WITHOUT SHOWERING BEFORE ENTERING POOL, TO ENSURE REMOVAL OF SUNTAN LOTION AND FOOT DIRT
    • Glassware, crockery or ring pull cans (for safety reasons)
    • Alcoholic Drinks
    • Eating of any food
    • The use of soap/shampoo
    • Playing with balls, Frisbee's etc.
    • Using Lilo's or other flotation devices. Specific swimming aids for non swimmers-are permitted.
    • Playing music (unless using headphones).
    • Diving or jumping into the water
  5. Pets are not allowed in the common garden areas.
  6. Persons renting properties are NOT allowed to invite guests from outside the Urbanization to use the swimming pools or gardens
  7. Rubbish bins have been provided by the local authority (situated outside the Urbanisation) and ALL rubbish must be taken away and placed in these bins or taken home.
  8. No personal possessions, including chairs and sun beds are to be left overnight in the swimming pool areas or garden areas and are at no time to be place in such a manner as to exclude proper use of the facility by other Residents.
  9. Proper swimming attire is to worn in the Pool at all times.
  10. The entry/exit gates to the swimming pool areas are to be kept locked AT ALL TIMES to ensure security for all of the Urbanization's Residents and to deter unwanted visitors.
  11. Community Rules and Regulations, and the legal framework behind them, can seem tiresome and intrusive, however they exist in order to:
  • Promote the smooth and orderly running of the Community,
  • particularly with regard to the SAFETY OF ALL!!
  • Ensure that each and every owner can get maximum enjoyment from
  • his or her property.
  • Protect each owner's financial stake in the Community
